ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JULY 17, 2009

12:15P.M.        Called meeting to order. Present: Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson,

                        Richard Gorden and Mark Mazur.

1. The Board read a letter of thanks from the brother of someone who

    received a FY 2009 clause 18 exemption.

2. The Board granted a clause 22E veterans exemption to the owner of

    Parcel # 74-47.

3. The Board granted 28 FY 2010 Preliminary Tax Adjustments under

     the authority of M.G.L. Chapter 59 Section 57C.

4. The Board granted an Abatement on a FY 2009 Supplemental Tax

    on New Construction assessment for the owner of Parcel # 30-49.

12:45P.M.        The Board went into Executive Session.

1:00P.M.          The Board ended its Executive Session and resumed their

                        regular Board meeting.

5. The Board reviewed and discussed proposed changes to our land and

    building tables for FY 2010.
